- A deposit of $150.00 will confirm weekly reservations
- Balance due on arrival
- One night's deposit on all other reservations
- Personal checks accepted only as deposits if received 14 days prior to arrival
- 7 days written notice required for deposit refund
- 72 hours notice required for refunds after check-in
- Refunds of deposit will be charged a $15.00 refund fee
